Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your phone to remove all personal data and pack it securely in its original box with all included accessories and manuals.
Label and Ship
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
